Orange Cranberries Mufftin

昨晚跟網上搜尋得來的食譜做的,一般來說,外國食譜的糖份量多偏高,往往要減20-30%才合口味,但這個食譜的糖是出奇的少,味道很好,而且用菜油,很健康,只是略嫌乾了一點,下次要試試加大奶或減少粉的份量。





食譜:

• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
• 2 cups flour (我用了高、低粉各一杯)
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cranberry, halves

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
3. Beat milk, oil, eggs, and orange peel.
4. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, all at once, just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
5. Fold in cranberries.
6. Divide batter between muffin cups.
7. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
8. Bake until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
9. Immediately remove from pan.

岩岩找到diana 呢度都有cranberry muffin 呀. 仲少牛油, 得1/4 杯.
